First post
I created this blog to log my progress in my training and to keep an eye on progress before meets. Its likely ill post personal shit on here as well, seeing as I only have a music blog. Ill be posting my day to day workouts when time allows me to and probably pictures of my gym partner deadlifting qtips. I plan on doing the APA Apollon Winter Bash meet this December. Im currently finishing up my 1st week of 531 and am on deload. Starting monday I will be running a basic template of the Westside Method...accompanying band and chain work. I will be taking fresh maxes/bodyweight next week and they will be posted asap.
