ITS BEEN A WHILE...

So since ive last posted ive suffered a glute injury as well as preparing for a pt test by runnig everyday. It turns out its going to be a while before I have to test so brought my weight back up. also go some metal briefs. heres the workout of today.







warmed up with 135-315. metal pro briefs from 325-495. was my first day in them and i consider it a success. still need to really find my groove when i get heavier but i think ill get it better over the next few weeks. the 495 was slow and sloppy but im sure itll smooth out of the next few weeks. went off a relatively high box, just to get the feel of the gear. gonna probly drop down an inch or 2 next time. used plastic bags as suit slippers, had to rip off the ends due to them not sliding out lol. getting a proper pair of suit slippers soon, will probly help me get more out of the briefs when i do.

followed it up with sumo deads (light because im rehabing my butt)
russian leg curls
lower back work
